Very seldom these days do I find anything good to say about companies and their customer service, I have found more and more that most companies act like they are doing you a favor buy selling you their products and services. Anyway about 5 or 6 years ago I purchased an Inova 24/7 led light after a couple years of hard service the case split in the battery compartment area. As I do quite often with failed equipment I just tossed it in a box with the plan to send it back. I came across it a couple weeks ago and decided I would see if Inova would do anything about it. I went to their website and got the number to customer service and gave them a call. I told the very friendly woman that and answered the call that the case had split and she simply said your covered just send it to us. She did not say send money for shipping or anything just send the light and my address. I mailed it back and in about a week I got a new light and a new battery in the mail.
No questions No hassles No charge you just don't see that much these days. I when down to target yesterday and got another one of their lights.

On the other end of the spectrum...
I have Jabra noise reducing headphine that I bough a yean and half ago. The bail arm on one side craked through so one side dangles by the wires, basically it'ts useless. I contact their customer support. It's out of warranty, which is clearly stated so I didn't have any undue expectations. But I asked about repair. Nope. I then asked about parts. "we don't sell any."
Last Jabra product I buy.

Victorinox also have excellent service. A part of an old worn Swiss army knife broke and I sent it off to their dealer not expecting very much, and never heard from them. A month later I called to ask about it, I had just moved house and had put my new address but old zip code in the letter and so it had been returned to them undeliverable. With no other details they were just waiting for me to call and get in touch.
So not only did they fix it for free, they paid two sets of postage.

Let me add Crimson Trace to the list. I bought laser grips for a Walther PPK/S several years ago. They have since redesigned that model do to variations in a gun made since 1931 under various licenses... The first set didn't fit my gun and the piece between the grips tore. No problem, I called, and they said send it back with a note. Shortly the engineer working that product called me for feed-back. And shortly I received brand new grips that fit with a bit of minor file work to shorten a small tab.
They have redesigned using a cam system to fit the different size frames. I sent my old, laser on the left where it blocked the mag release, and a check for $179. A week later I received the new, very nice, redesign with the laser on the right. The grips slipped right on, I didn't even have to change the cam defaults for my gun.
Both quality product and great service. Not cheap, but well worth it for those of us who don't see well in low light (or good light for that matter, any more).

i just wish they hadn't discontinued the flood control version of the X1. that was my first EDC light, and i just don't like the new version as much.
