That knife will see your butt thrown in jail if you are not one of the select few authorized to own/carry one. The laws vary from state to state with automatic knives I know you can buy,own and carry in Arkansas and Alabama in Missouri you can own them but not carry them. Now interstate transport is violation of federal law unless you are one of the select few who can do so.
