I have a regular altoids usually wraped with paracord <img src="images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> , the contents include:
2 bandaids
info card
some tin foil
two needles one small one large
thread wrapped around spindle
fishing stuff, line, hooks, etc.
small tweezers
photon 1
small pocket knife
Suunto Clipper compass
a few matches
a large 5,000 strike mag. starter
2 cotton balls
iodine in vile
3 quick tinders

there may be more but this is all i can think of at the time <img src="images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

P.S. I already fixed the problem with the cord by making a sleeve of duct tape around the paracord, so now when i need to acess the kit i just slip it of <img src="images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
