Depends on how hard you are willing to work for it.

1) re-sew all of your buttons with a button backing up the button. (1 button behind the cloth and 1 in front.) First effect is that your buttons will never fall off. Second effect is that if they do you will surely have another one handy

2) cover Xacto blades in nail polish and sew them into the lapels of your shirts and jackets. (the nail polish is to prevent rust stains and will easily come off in use should you need them)

3) wind extra spiderwire or nylon thread around the stiches holding on your backing buttons (fishing line, thread, snare material)

4) embed needles, barbless (barbs will prevent retrieval later) fish-hooks and safety pins in our paracord belt from the back and protect with some duct-tape

5) Get a larg-ish belt buckle with concealed lock-back blade

6) stuff the titanium charge-card blade in the sole of your boot and re-seal with shoe-goo

7) sew a paper-clip in the cuffs of your shirt (expedient hand-cuff key if needed)

8) sew zip-ties in the side-seams of your trousers (should be able to get 4 - 6 per side)

9) sew a thin, full back pocket into your jackets and always keep a large trash bag or tube-tent there for shelter. If it's cold enough for you to need a jacket then you probably want a shelter.

10) you could probably sew a wire-saw into the cuffs of your pants after removing the split-rings

But most of all don't ever carry a pocket tin of mints it might pull your pants down <img src="images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
