Just last night, one of the local news stations reported that the city of Oak Park, a suburb of Chicago, has a biological emergency plan on place. The two most likely agents mentioned were Anthrax and Small Pox. Their plan basically isolates their medical facilities where discovered in order to reduce the spread.
