Yeah, kinda cut down on the first-aid stuff. I used to EDC an Emergency Trauma Dressing (israeli-dressing) but I never used it so I took it out.

I could always improvise with a towel, shirt or something like that. And I've got a large trauma-bag in the car and several FAK's in and around the house.

But here's the contents of the pocket-medic:



- 2 Burn-aid
- knuckle bandages
- Quick-dressing (6x8cm)
- Suture-strips (3-pack)
- Mole-skin
- Tweezers
- 2 large bandages
- 2 Gauze-pads
- fingertip bandages
- regulair bandages
- after-bite wipe
- sterile lancet (for blisters)
- Antacids
- Ibuprofen
- Immodium
- Acetaminophen
