I have seen Bear take off soaked clothes even if he didn't have a fire and he explained that a person would die more quickly with wet clothes on than naked. But Bear wrung his clothes out and put them back on.
I just wonder how long it is going to be before someone makes a fatal mistake based on following Bear's instruction. Maybe it has happened already???
