So's not to restore the long, old post, i'm starting a new one. I have completely mastered making them not, and can make them quickly. I've also got quicker at modifying the buttons. I just made a watchstrap to replace my broken old one using the same technique, and so far it works well and looks good.

So, how much cord do you need for the watch strap? I think someone metioned that nylon begins to smell after a while, if worn constantly against the bode (ie, a watch strap). If this happens, please let us know. I like the idea, and i think i'll try it out soon.

I think I used about 2 or 3 foot. Velcro watch straps start to smell as well, so its no different, and this way its much cheaper to replace <img src="images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />.
