I'm with you OBG. It was in the 60's earlier, and a bit warmer now. But the wind is chilly. I'm actually going to work in pants instead of shorts today and may even bring a jacket.

I heard about that from my sister, her and her husband live just outside of London. My sister having grown up in Wyoming was very amused at how fast the whole place shut down.
