I'm not sure if advertising is allowed on this forum but here goes:<br><br>I've recently purchased a Pur Survivor 06-LL water maker, the long handled 2.5lb 'milliary variant' of this desalinator at a cost of $860 Austrailian Dollars (approx $480 US Dollars or £305 UK Pounds)<br>including air mail to the UK. Less than the new cost of the civilian version. Elsewhere on this site (http://www.equipped.org/simon_t.htm) Doug Ritter notes that these are no longer available to the general public. Mine was previously owned by Air Services Australia and has never been used.<br><br>The gentleman I got mine from has several more available and can be contacted by email at jmarano@powerup.com.au.
