Hmm.. WTH is that? That doesn't look like any BBQ I've ever seen. Something wrong with it. Seems to be missing sauce, and it doesn't appear to be beef.
Ha! You Texans and your beef. When are you gonna accept that real BBQ is pulled pork? (I'll give you that Texas jerky is the best though) Man, that photo is makin me drool.
