Today I bought the BCB " Petrol Lighter". Recently there was a thread questioning what to fill zippo lighters up with. This is essentially a zippo with a different name. One poster said never to fill it up with petrol (gas). The lighter is called a petrol lighter, so what should I fill it up with?

I have a Zippo. I usually fill it with petrol for petrol stoves. My lighter is sealed with a bicycle inner tube. It works good and it lasts about two weeks. Of course you can always use lighter fluid.
You should not use petrol for car engines. Itīll work but itīs not good for you.
You should never use lamp oil or diesel. That wont ignite and it takes a long time to evaporate (BTDT).
