You may want to add a small pry bar. I lived in San Francisco for a few years and was convinced of the usefulness of that item for convincing quake bent doors and gates to open. I immagine explosion bent doors could also be a problem. I found a lightweight titanium pry bar (15in) a few years ago that now lives in the day pack I carry to work.
