in europe a Swisstool give's the best bang for the buck. the cheapest swisstool i have seen is more than twice as cheap as the cheapest wave i have seen, but it is a bigger stronger tool ( also heavier... ) suitaible for harder jobs. All impliments are also locking and accesable from the outside. I got one and i like it ! only bad thing is it heavy weight for EDC and the polisched finished which leave fingerprints visible.
some other cheaper, but good manufacture's like SOG are also worth looking at.
