well since you are just like me low budgeted i would go for a Coast micro toolbox http://www.coastcutlery.com/?v=20&pl=6&p=195 ( marketed by gelert in EU ) ( € 7.50 ). the feature's "locks" by closing the handle wenn you have pulled out the tool of choice. The tools in it all work, the saw is actually to small to saw anything dicent and the blade is actaully to small to be a 50/50 plain edge/serrated. but i have use it for more than a year (but i lost it 2 days ago.. <img src="images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> ) and i like it alot. defenatly a good choice wenn $$$ is a problem.
