Thanks very much for your birthday wishes. Aside from being perhaps a bit grumpier than my usual state of grumpiness, it seems the same this side of 50 as it did the other side. Certainly, growing old isn't for the timid. However, no matter how old I get chronologically, I refuse to grow up (much to Sue's dismay at times). They can have my body, but not my mind. <img src="images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

It was very cool sitting on the back porch with friends, having dinner and watching the eclipse. First time I remember not having to stay up to the wee hours and freeze to see a stunning astronomical event. Interestingly, there will be a solar eclipse on our anniversary. Wonder what it all means? <img src="images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
