When I go OCONUS, as strange as it sounds, I check out graveyards that I come across. If you get north of Hattesburg, at Estabuchie, Ms, there is a VERY interesting graveyard when you turn west at the convenience store, towards the Leaf River.

It is actually worth a visit if you want a flavor of the "Free State of Jones County" history.

Look at the back sides of the tombstones on the south side of the cemetary!!!

I am sitting about 1 hr north of there right now.

75F right now and mozzies are out and about.

Last week it was 18F.

Wild temp swings this time of year. Lots of pine trees around there. May be cold, may be hot, may be wet.

Try some grits, find some cheese grits if you can.
