Very pleased to see you and ETS featured in this well-respected newspaper. I like the emphasis on preparedness being common sense and a concern for people in all walks of life, as in this quote:
"I've had inquiries from people all over the country, from professionals – doctors, lawyers, commodity brokers – to blue-collar workers like mechanics and nurserymen."
Pretty good article. A good plug for ETS. You done good, Doug.
Still, one of many statements surprised me: "While survivalist offerings expand, consumers often have different ideas of what exactly it means to "be prepared."
Now this is hard to fathom - people having different ideas of what it means to be prepared? Imagine that! Journalists never cease to shock me with their creativity and literary prowess .....................

Its intereting that the second paragraph mentioned Libby, Montana.
When I was a kid I went to a National Boy Scout Jamboree (think really big summer camp) in Idaho. On the way there, our bus full of Boy Scouts broke down near Libby, Montana. Repairs would take something over 24 hours.
A church in Libby arranged to take the entire bus full of Scouts - in small groups - housing them in peoples' homes for the night. I stayed in a home with three other boys. We had fresh trout and pancakes for breakfast, and they took us on a tour of the local plywood factory the next day. Amazing people that won't ever be forgotten.
A few years back I mentioned to my wife that Libby might be a place to retire to. My wife did some internet searching only to find Libby to be a hotspot for asbestos-related illness and death. Apparently asbestos contaminated vermiculite dust - from a local vermiculite mine - contaminated the entire area.
We're still looking around for that final resting place - so to speak.
