I recently came into legal posession of two Signal Kit Illumination MK-79 Mod2 pengun flare kits and 6 MK 124 Smoke and Illumination flares. I am keeping one of the MK79 kits but am looking to unload the rest. What are the legalities of selling the MK79 kit. I would like to get $90 for it if I could and if I have any takers $10 per MK124 flare. The MK79 is complete with the launcher plus 7 red screw on flares in their holder. Thanks!!!!
