Mitsubishi has a small one for powering apartment buildings. Its not a new concept, several companies build little reactors, may already be in use in Japan. I remember an American town's application to the Department of Energy for one of these being turned down cause most of the little commercial reactors haven't been safety tested for use in the U.S..
