Do you want "work" gloves, or "driving" gloves? For driving, or light work, I still have a couple pair of GI Nomex flight gloves, one in the green/grey issue, the other all black (used to wear them in uniform). Pretty good dexterity, pretty good warmth, real good fire protection. If you want orange, just google "orange nomex gloves," you will find more than you ever imagined...
