Thoughts after reading other people's comments:
More food.
Another hard water bottle. PET can't be trusted IMO.
Another magazine for the Henry, and a cleaning kit.
More stove fuel.
Trowel.
Ziplock bags and a couple of contractor's bags. smile

Given that you are looking at a full range of options, CASH. And rather than just copies of your documents, keep some of them in here, like an old DL.
