You need active assistance for weight loss, in view of your obligations and schedule. Here's the plan: Walk each morning and evening to the nearest stream. Scoop up a sierra cup full of water. Drink water. No steripen, no miniworks, no chlorine. Just drink it.
Intestinal parasites. See recent thread on Giardia. These little helpers will compete with you for the excess calories in your gut, and provide appetite reduction and improved and speedier...um...throughput, along with an exercise regimen involving frequent sprints to the nearest porcelain convenience.
