On the plus side you have lots of Conch. I miss Conch. Dive right down, crack the shell on the beach and eat all the white whole.
Its conch season now and leak (sp?) as well. I like to chop up the fresh conch and then put it strait into a very acid marinade (key limes fresh from the tree) with tonnes of sotch bonents and you have yourself a meal that you never get tired of!
There are things that I never get tired of here... especially when its snowing back home right now!!!!
