I am looking to perchase a new compass. At the moment I own and use a Stetsco? small baseplate compass that was given to me a while back and probly cost about £5, and is not satisfactory, and a British mark 1 marching compass which is about 30 years old, probably, and is extremely heavy. I would like to buy a clear baseplate compass with a magnifying lens, clear accurate reading and in degrees. I would also like the price to be below £15. Any ideas?
