Research by Equipped to Survive has uncovered what we believe to be defects in the new Ultimate Survival Technologies StarFlash Ultra signal mirror. ETS has been in communication with UST over the Ultra mirror issues and UST has confirmed the problems. UST has ceased shipping Ultra mirrors and is working on solutions.
