A lot of it is in duffle bags, I pick up duffle bags at garage sales, usually for $3.00 or less. They allow me to compartmentalize my stuff and with handles on them it’s easy to grab & go quickly.
I keep stuff in the basement on shelves. A lot of the go stuff is in the duffle bags (a lot!!!) and more in tubs or just cardboard boxes.
It’s not computerized, it’s an ever changing & evolving thing and seems like more work then I want to put into it to have to update the computer all the time. I have a good idea what I have and don’t really think I need a computer to track it. I do mark food with a magic marker with the purchase date so I have an idea how long it’s been sitting there and to know what to rotate for stock.
