Thought I would pass on a new forum I came across that's pretty fitting for recent times. It's a Family Preparedness forum to discuss all the topics of being prepared; http://www.preparedsociety.com/

Interesting site. Without pursuing it extensively I note a few positive points:

Without resorting to stifling, censoring or deleting politics and religion, and other potentially heated subjects, they have avoided the extremes of isolationism, gun porn, conspiracy fanaticism. They have a fair number of moderate voices.

All good signs. Makes it a forum to watch.

So far it is a little light in content but that will come in time. I'm debating registering and adding a little to the mix.
