Don't know that one, but I heard at a FA/CPR class yesterday that the Red Cross still has 5,000 volunteers down south, dealing with the aftermath of Gustav and Ike. They still have about a hundred shelters open, and are serving 400k meals a week. So a fair number of folks who are out of home or hungry. I don't know what FEMA's actual mission is or when they can signal success and go home, but I think RC will be there for a while yet.
