I have a similar device that I use for PayPal and eBay. Works well now that I have gotten a second keyfob. (The first one would not activate on their sites for some reason.)

Anyway, if you really want to close the loop on it, call Vasco (https://www.vasco.com/about/worldwide.html) and report that you have found one of their Digipass units and report the serial number from the back label to them. Point out to them that the label on the back (if it is like mine) also has a symbol on it that indicates not to throw it in the trash. They may send you a self-addressed envelope to send the unit back to them.
