Well, the power was back on when I got home, though I didn't realize it until a neighbor told me. I spent the evening washing towels and dishes. Discovered the garbage disposal isn't working. Oh yeah, I also fried up a turkey for the last block party. Everyone actually seemed a little down, we were all having a good time. I know I'm feeling depressed now.

DW and the the DDs get home this evening, they'll have missed a great learning experience but it'll be good to have the family together again.
