"..."incidents" with soldiers..."

Back in the '60's, I used to stay from time to time in a very nice hotel on State Street in Chicago's Loop. It reserved one floor for military (in uniform) only, and gave us a great rate. There were fights in the hallways and rooms every night, doing some pretty good damage to the rooms, but they continued to give the deal. Maybe it being the 13th floor had something to do with it, I don't know...
