Yes, this is a Green Japanese maple. I have dozens of them in the green and red variety. They are prolific and hardy. Young ones have been confused for Marijuana plants by some.

Thanks guys, I hope to sell it.
Oddly, it's in a sunny spot, and it's in an area I plan to clear behind the back of the house to open the deck view up. It's amazingly HUGE, largest I have ever seen easily 20ft.

I can't believe this one grows where it is. It get's a couple feet of snow in winter, and then in summer 90* in the sun baking hot. Must have adapted somehow? Maybe I can sell it for a LOT since it's SUPER tough ?? I'd sure like to sell and pay for my new floor though! Hehe.
