I'm really starting to like Dutch Oven cooking. Easy to do, fun to put together (chopping veggies and such) and VERY easy cleanup. The only problem is that if I want to have both the main meal and desert (cobbler!!) - and who wouldn't - then I'll need to buy a second oven.
