** Ancient Chinese saying:

It takes a year to grow crops.

It takes a century to grow a tree.

It takes 50 years to grow a man...

**at least that what the quote on the bathroom stall said it was.....

BTW, I'm only 44 3/4 years old and I still got some growing up to do or so my wife says and she's always right....

Hey, Blast. Forget the six week program. Imagine how many push up's you could do after 32 weeks with the Royal Marines!

I hit 60 in a few days, God willing!

Recently completed Paul Castle's CQC pistol course, and have joined an Elite Special Forces Team called
FOCOM
..fraternal order of cranky old men.

Our Motto:

"Don't pick a fight with an old man. We have nothing to loose, and will just go ahead and kill you."

My new credo!!

i agree with this line of thought:

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: ‘Wow – what a Ride’!"
