i have also seen a german knife, can't remember the brand name, but it's made of 510 stainless steel and has wooden handle's. If you know what i mean, are they any good ? they are a few € cheaper... <img src="images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
dunno with's HELLE i have seen, but the mora i ment was the trainings knife version.
