does anyone have any experians with spanish made Aitor knife's ?
they are reasonable cheap ( starting at € 30. a Spec-plus and KABAR's starts at € 80 ), so i thought it would be nice back-up. only problem is that some ( maybe all, not sure ) have hollow handle's, are these cheap crap, that breaks in 2 pieces with just a little force or are they good stuff ?

I have the Aitor Black Bear. The blade is ok (a little hard to sharpen) but I broke off the back third of the handle by dropping it on the pommel. <img src="images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. The hollow handle is indeed a weakness.
