A point on the back of a Tomahawk is, in my opinion, asking for trouble. I don't like two bit axes for much the same reason. I've swung axes enough to know that even having the blunt side of a single bit axe come back and bite you in the shin can hurt enough to put me on my butt.
If you must have something on the back of a tomahawk head, a hammer face would be more practical.
