Here in NYC, the storm drains still empty directly into the harbor. Lots of junk in the water after a good rainstorm.

I agree with M Dinana that a lot of the stuff down south started up north and just floated downstream.

I will have to respectfully disagree with you OBG, most of the boaters I know realize that what they throw overboard could come back to haunt them. Poking holes in the hull, clogging cooling intake or fouling a prop. So, I'm blamin' it all on you landlubbers.
