It will work very nicely to power any generic AA charger than accepts a 12V DC car cigarette lighter connector.

RCR123 3.0V cell chargers will also work readily with the Sunlinq panel such as the UniRoss Sprint CR123 Battery Charger.

For 3.6 Volt RCR123 cells the WF-139 is a very flexible design and will recharge a wide variety of cells.
