Will this work for charging Eneloop batteries? I would like to move to rechargeable batteries but Im hesitant since I can AA and AAA batteries so cheap. Is there something available to charge CR123 batteries? Would it work with this?

I think it would work fine with AA/AAA Eneloops (or Rayovac Hybrids, which I'm also having good luck with).

Rather a neat item. I'd check carefully to make sure lots of adapters (for cell phones etc.) are included.

It's not built for CR123s, but in an emergency I think you could switch to 6V output and rig up a crude charger with wire and tape (this will work, but watch the polarity, and beware of overcharging).

It will work very nicely to power any generic AA charger than accepts a 12V DC car cigarette lighter connector.

RCR123 3.0V cell chargers will also work readily with the Sunlinq panel such as the UniRoss Sprint CR123 Battery Charger.

For 3.6 Volt RCR123 cells the WF-139 is a very flexible design and will recharge a wide variety of cells.

That panel is drastically over priced. My brother bought 2 of them (ones that look almost the same as that) like that only the outside is yellow plastic, they fold up like that and the 2 of them have plugs you can hook them together to make a more powerful panel. He bought them at a local truck stop for $25.00 each. They came with all kinds of plugs to work with all phones.


He uses them to charge his cell phone when traveling and camping. He has been using them for this for 2-years.
