Not without seeing a picture of it, an e-mail from him stating the packages are all sealed (and not covered in an 1/8" of dirt and grime) and a decent positive feedback rating.

You also need to make sure it's the large size (4.5" x 4.1 yds) as they could be Kerlix Lite, small, or medium rolls.
