Congratulations on the promotion and reassignment. I'm sure that you will bring a unique and refreshing view to the leadership school. My experience as a student in the Professional Military Education (USAF term) was that the instructors with real, no-kidding experience to share were more effective and useful than the core cirriculum every time.
