Yup. And don't forget to mention the price. I don't know what they go for now, but I got mine for about $15. Admittedly that was a long long long time ago...

I paid $30+ on clearance 20 years ago. Looking at the prices now maybe I should polish up the blade, deep blue it, put on some ram's horn scales and hang it on the wall as an heirloom for my kids... naah, I'll just keep using it. smile

The colours for Frost Moras are basically red or part red for carbon steel and blue or part blue for stainless steel and all black for most everything else, I believe. (Although there are a few models in green, cammo green, orange and yellow. Fishing knives are part yellow or blue.)
The KJ Erikson Moras are wood for the most part.

Not to hijack this thread, but i just picked up a couple of new sharps too....here they are.

The top one is a Ka Bar Camp knife & the bottom is a Mora 760... I got them from Country Knives in Intercourse, PA.

There was talk about the KaBar Camp Knife here not long ago. Have you had it long enough to form an opinion as to it usefullness? That long curving cutting edge looks to me as if it might be a little hard to sharpen...

Haven't had it long enough to give a good review yet, but I plan on putting it through its paces this weekend.

Dang, I wish I knew that shop was there when I was in the "Luncastir" area recently. I sense another trip coming on...

On our way to kitchen kettle village , I saw signs for the knife shop & just had to go see it. The prices are marked up a bit, but it's a good place to go if you want to handle a knife before you buy it online.

The Ka-bar knife reminds me of a short Kukri. The Mora 760 is the stainless steel version of my 780.
