I can't remember if I saw it here or on some other forum or site... but someone had a KM Match Case that had duct tape and cordage on the outside. I can't remember the contents.

I tried searching here, got nothing.

Does this ring a bell?

My luck its from another site!!!!!! (googling didn't help either).

Thanks,
Kris

Kris,

Picked up a bunch of those a while back, 4 each of Red and Yellow. Great little cases.

I'm looking to get 3... one will be my 'test' case, while the others will be mini psks.

I've heard nothing but good things about these little cases!

Thats the first wrapping I've seen on a match case, but its a good idea, much better then the tin kits I've seen wrapped since you can still get to the contents. The Randall survival knife I have has the handle wrapped like that, inside to outside, they recommend fishing line, guitar strings (steel wire, good for snares), cloth medical tape and then leather boot laces (which look cool and have a nice grip, but for a match case I'd probably go with paracord). Adds about three eighths of an inch to the diameter overall I'd guess. Good stuff to have and close to the order you would probably need things.
