The military has white chem-lights, but I've never needed them. All things being unequal, you will get the "best" light from a blue or green chem-light.
You will get the most useful/longest lasting but dimmer light from red.

It all depends on what you're trying to do.

Considering my eyes are green, that is rather poetic.

Anyway, thank-you. I figured green or blue would be the brightest; I didn't know which.

it's not that they're brighter, just that the human eye is more receptive to those colors of light.

I wonder why I haven't seen any of the white ones.
