I've read Great Livin' in Grubby times, the survival guide, another one not listed on the site (can't remember the name).
Lost all of 'em in a PCS move, found the Knife Bible in a local surplus store (since closed), re-read it, offered it up here
They're all a little "hairy-chested" but good info.
