Was websurfing, and came across this site:

http://www.mpioutdoors.com/get-tech.htm

After cruising around the site for half an hour or so, I feel that most of the information is of interest here. About the only thing that caught my eye as a concern was that they still indicate using a tournequet. Most other information seemed pretty much on target. YMMV I checked the ETS retailer listings and did not see them listed. I have no personal experience with MPI, perhaps others on the forum can fill us in.

Correct me if i'm wrong but don't they make survival blankets? Possibly the one with orange on one side and silver on the other, with survival instructions?

Hi Ditchfield,

Yep, they have a pretty good selection. One of the items they carry has multiple pleated sections. These are pretty nice, being vacuum packed from the manufacturer (you'll never get them back into their original packaging according to the mfg. LOL). They are also reusable. I looked these over at the Shot Show 2003 and was impressed with them. They come in a vest and bag type format. Cruise around the site and you'll find them.

BTW I had to go back to the sites home page several times to get some of their links to operate correctly. Could have been an issue with my computer though.

Regards,
Comanche7
