Same here. Distilled some of my own knowledge, training and experience plus info from references I trust, created a Word document and printed it on wateproof paper. It is meant as a memory jog and "get your shiite together" reminder, not a first-timer's tutorial. I like it and have a folded copy stashed in various kits.
