I like the looks of this quite a bit! I've been looking at various new HA pots, and this one interests more than any so far. Thanks for the tip - think I'll order one.

Looks very interesting, it does make one wonder about long-term use and damage to the fins.

I don’t think the quicker cooling off in the winter is a problem as I like food and once cooked, it would get consumed quickly.
